Custom software development, AI integration, and source code licensing.
4. Source code purchases
One-time payment grants a commercial license for unlimited use by purchaser. Redistribution as source code and resale are not allowed. Refunds: 7-day guarantee if source code is materially defective; otherwise non-refundable given the digital nature.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Flutterwave in USD. You are responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual property
Our trademarks, logos, and site content are property of Iraady Ltd.
7. Client work
Scope and cost are defined in each statement of work or contract. These Terms govern website use only.
8. Warranty
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by UK law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iraady Ltd's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in English courts, or by mutual arbitration.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
